FEU first in student services

Among the universities in the National Capital Region (NCR) and in the Philippines, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) declared Far Eastern University (FEU) as the one with outstanding student-oriented programs in providing services for students.
CHED 2008 National Search for Best Student Services Program declared FEU, tying with St. Paul University- Tuguegarao, as the national awardee of the Outstanding Student Services Program last April 17 at National College for Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines-Diliman.
FEU was also awarded as the Best Student Services Program in the NCR and represented the region to the national level competing with other regional qualifiers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The criteria of the search are anchored according to the university’s national relevance attaching the vision-mission statement and the goals of student services, student welfare program and services, student development program and services, and impact to students. more..
